The Middlesboro and Pineville
Public Libraries are part of the
Bell Co. Public Library System, located in southeast Kentucky where
that Commonwealth meets Tennessee and Virginia.
Our libraries provide basic
library services, including books, videos, audio books, free Internet
service, periodicals, genealogy and local history collections, reference
services, bookmobile, and programming for children and
adults.
